The CuBE Programme was conceived for that purpose. CuBE represents Happy World's commitment to serve Customers Better Everyday.


Fellow-employees in each section elect their best performer in the course of a celebration event. In a wider perspective, the Programme seeks to integrate customer service into the daily life at enterprise level.

The highlight of the year is the 'Oscar Night', a special event dedicated to the entire work force in celebration of their contribution. Chosen among best performers, the Happy World Employees of the Year are crowned on that occasion.
