Settlement Agreement of 17 August 2004
On 17 August 2004, Antoine Seeyave and his brother, Sir René Seeyave, concluded a settlement agreement. A joint statement to that effect was published in the press.
By mutual agreement, they parted company in accordance with law and the rights of all shareholders. They were no longer involved in the business affairs of each other.
In respect of Happy World Ltd, Antoine Seeyave took over all the shares of his brother. Thus, he obtained control of Happy World Ltd.
