Happy World is a family enterprise with operations in Retailing and Trade Services.

In Retailing, the Group operates 18 retail outlets in support of 'Sony' in Consumer Electronics, and 'Pizza Hut' in Casual Dining.

In Trade Services, group operations include Commercial Property, Shipping Agency, Document Management, and Investment Services.

Established since 1952, Happy World was founded by late Antoine N. S. Seeyave and his partners. His family retains ownership control. His son, Antoine Seeyave, is the principal shareholder.

In the past, the Group owned substantial investments in the food sector. This is no longer the case since we distributed those investments to all shareholders. Our committed goal is to build a great company serving customers better everyday.

The essence of Happy World is described in the biography on the Founder, Antoine N. S. Seeyave. An extract from the opening words of Yvan Martial, the author:
